Alice!
Last night Sara & I went to the WA Ballet Company’s production of Alice in Wonderland, entitled Alice. I really enjoyed it, especially the set and character design. Â I was a little surprised that there was so much interpretive dance instead of classical ballet but this did aid in telling the story clearly and kept everything feeling modern. Â Thoroughly recommended, although of course it closes this weekend.Don’t try to eat in Perth after a show, however. There are no restaurants open at all. Â It’s a shame that Perth’s culture is so slim… but at least we’ve got a modern, interesting ballet!
